Order Cancellation

Unless otherwise specified for particular products, we shall refund you your payment if you decide to cancel your orders within twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment except for the transaction fees charged by the credit card company which is non refundable.

If you decide to cancel your orders twenty four (24) hours after your order has been confirmed and prior to shipment, we shall deduct a minimum of RM25.00 from your payment as administrative fees in addition to the transaction fees charged by the credit card company. The balance after deduction of the administrative fees and the transaction fees will be refunded to you.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR PAYMENT EVEN IF YOU RETURN THE PRODUCTS TO US.

Refund Policy

You can request for refund (from our equiry form) within 30 days from the purchase date.
The returned products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging and/or including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the products. Failure to do so will result in your request for refund being rejected.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
We will process your refund (after deducting the shipping cost & processing fee) upon receiving the return items and inspected by our logistic center (usually within 7-14 working days of receipt). Your refund will be credited to your bank account no within 4 working days.
You are required to provide us your bank account no.

How to return a parcel to us?

You can use your original box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return
If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
Attach your new return label to the shipping box.
